While in NYC last week I stopped by the Herve Leger / BCBG showroom to get a sneak peek at the hair and makeup run through before the Herve Leger show. The look was natural, pretty, and light, which kept the focus during the show on the intricate, beaded, and swingy creations that came down the runway. While it was fun to get a behind the scenes view of what goes into the final planning stages before a show, my favorite part may have been just seeing the model get all done up, while sitting there in her slippers! Proof that not even models run around in heels all the time.

Hi there,
We just wanted to introduce ourselves, were Ellen and Tara, two sisters from New Zealand who share a love for fashion. We have had the blog ‘Shop Style Conquer’ for almost 2 years now, but were constantly trying to challange our style and better our blog, we would love to hear what you think.
What sets us apart from the many bloggers around is that we are all about attainable fashion. So many bloggers are decked out in celine bags and have wardrobes full of designer gear. We not exactly ‘fashion on a budget’ but we are your realistic everyday kiwi girls. We also love to showcase New Zealand beauty, and native bush and paddocks are our signature outfit photo setting.
Check us out, if you follow us, message back or comment and we will follow you back!
xx
