While I’m usually all ‘the more sparkle the better!’ I decided to ring in 2013 in a little black dress. I’m quite sure it was my first New Years Eve sans sequins, but when sparkle is not something you save just for special occasions, you have to mix it up once in awhile. As much as I love a sparkly frock, I adore a twirly, dancing-appropriate dress just as much, and this one fit the bill perfectly.
