New Years Eve could possibly be one of my favorite holidays – simply for the reason of being able to completely overdress and no one questions why. It’s the only night of the year that you can rock a ‘more is more’ sparkly look, and it’s completely acceptable. {although truly sequins are always acceptable in my opinion}. I’m still planning out my perfect attire to ring in 2013, but hunting these options down has given me the perfect sparkly dose of inspiration.
