A Sequin Dress at Breakfast was named for the fact that I typically tend to be overdressed and would prefer to be so rather than under, and truly, can you think of anything more glamorous than someone wearing a sparkly frock to the most casual of meals? While unfortunately I don’t wear sequins as often as I’d like, New York is a place I feel comfortable wearing them for any occasion, at any time of the day. For the Lucky Magazine blog conference, I decided wearing a seriously sparkly top paired with a glam skirt was the way to go. The day was full of speakers, break out sessions, meeting new + catching up with old blogger friends, and one quick but fabulous chat with my most favorite – Rachel Zoe. We had about a 1 minute talk in which we talked about my Zoe Report feature and Alexis Bittar cuff. She was beyond sweet, and I owe a big XO thank you to Natalie of Fashionably Broke for helping me capture the moment.

Thanks to my friend and dinner date Katie for the photography
